Last updated: July 4, 2026

Copyright & DMCA

ChoiceOnTop.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users and partners to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, send a written notification to admin@choiceontop.com with the subject "DMCA Notice".

How to Submit a Claim

Your notification must include all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. The specific URL(s) on choiceontop.com where the allegedly infringing material is located.
  4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate.
  7. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Important: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the identified material and notify the party who posted it, where applicable.

Wrongful Removal? (Counter-Notice)

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address, including: your signature, identification of the removed material and its former URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, your contact information, and consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court. If we do not receive notice of legal action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the material.
